Property Description

The Rohe Block | Modern Hocking Hills Cabin with Rooftop Lounge The Rohe Block is an architecturally striking retreat where interlocking ''blocks'' create a bold take on the traditional cabin. Tucked into a secluded wooded setting, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home sleeps 8 and is offered as a proven, turnkey short term rental. Inside, white oak floors, shiplap walls, and abundant windows set the tone. The chef's kitchen is a showpiece with deep green Shaker cabinetry, quartz island with seating for four, vertical subway tile backsplash, open walnut shelving, and a matte white appliance suite with copper hardware including a gas range and French door refrigerator. The living area centers on a linear electric fireplace beneath a floating wood mantel, flowing into the dining space. Two of the three bedrooms are cantilevered over the landscape, giving a tree house feel, and the bedding layout (three queens plus two singles) maximizes guest capacity. The scenic rooftop terrace is a standout feature for relaxing above the treetops. Outdoors, enjoy the private hot tub, fire pit, covered porch, and side decks. Additional features include central air, EV charging, high speed internet, private parking, and contactless entry. Minutes from Hocking Hills hiking and attractions. Sold furnished with established booking history; financials available to qualified buyers.
