989 S Ohio Avenue, Columbus, OH 43206

Property Description

This is not another gray-and-white renovation with carpet, cheap LVP and off-the-shelf décor. **This is a Pinterest-worthy house.** Welcome to a one-of-a-kind 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom design statement offering approximately 2,100 sq. ft. in Southern Orchards. Professionally designed by Eleven 21, a Los Angeles designer now based in Columbus, this livable work of art was created to demand attention, inspire envy and deliver everyday functionality. Not a shred of gray paint, white subway tile or carpet in sight. Instead: sourced warm oak wood floors, architectural arches, custom molding, statement lighting and a sophisticated color palette inspired by the next frontier of interior design and fashion. The kitchen is as smart as it is stunning: two-tone IKEA cabinetry designed to maximize storage, soft-close drawers, an integrated cabinet-front refrigerator and under-cabinet lighting for ambiance and function. A sculptural island with a custom-poured liquid marble countertop steals the show, while a multi-layered, terrazzo-style liquid marble floor brings artistry underfoot. Gold accents complete the look. **The bathrooms? Think boutique hotel, not builder grade.** Completely custom designed, each has its own personality, from striking tile and sculptural details to the emerald-green showstopper featuring handcrafted epoxy wall panels. More than bathrooms, these are unique, functional works of art. Beauty meets substance: all-new mechanicals, new windows and roof, plus TWO independent HVAC systems--one for the main floor, one upstairs--with separate thermostats for floor-by-floor climate control. Climate control the way it should be. A two-car garage and fenced backyard--your blank canvas for a future garden, entertaining space or private retreat--complete the package. **Not designed to blend in. Designed to be remembered. Welcome to the Pinterest House.**
